Why have I never heard of Erik Satie? Maybe because it can not be classified with classical composers we usually listen? It's true that his music is surprising, pleasantly I mean, because it's quite different, it's unexpected, I find it expresses great sensitivity. Besides Erik Satie wrote a theme that declines with different emotions is intéressanr and well made, I have also loved these old popular songs that he has "embroidered" and then especially this pretty small music that everyone has heard at one time or another, and that makes you say "oh yeah, that's it!" ; and finally I am very pleased to have acquired this CD.
