Aria is one of those people who no longer know that boulder in reality all look different. You will be an unfortunate chain of events (I will not reveal too much) from their homeworld in the Death Shop, the rough, hostile environment outside the dome, cast out. There she meets a 18-year-old boy, whom she initially sees only as a wild, uncivilized people. And Peregrine met Aria initially very defensively.
I really liked how it is the author managed to portray the clash of these two very different people. And of course the two come closer also. The special gimmick is that the reader gets to know the characters so how the other person experiences them. Because the narrative alternates in the two-Aria Peregrine narrative perspectives. Only in this way can be experienced in an original way, why Peregrine Aria not initially underestimated. They are in those people who have special gifts, such as the sense of smell and the particularly good visibility even in the dark. And Aria initially smells anything but attractive. It's very funny to see how Peregrine's attitude suddenly changed, which happened while he teaches Aria in the wilderness, how to recognize edible berries. Since I had very smile and was very captivated by the story.
Under the Never Sky provides three-dimensional, multi-layered characters. Both are very nice in their own way. While Aria is initially quite weak, but soon learns it and is quite a very lovable person. Although she speaks pretty much from the perspective of Peregrine and hums often to himself. He is the first of overkill, after all, he is actually a taciturn fellow. It was very heartwarming to witness how Peregrine got used increasingly Aria. With horror I realized that the continuation will only appear in early 2013. I would very happy to immediately read and learn more about Peregrine's tribe, the ether storms and life in Death Shop.
I had to read a lot of fun because the characters were like real people, they lived and let the story be wonderfully alive. More of that!
