Pro: - Fairly bright, comfortable with the 40W halogen lamp comparable. Have three of these lamps mounted next three traditional bulbs and virtually no difference noted. - Not as hot as the traditional lamps, no risk of burns. - Last but not least: 3W instead of 40W ie 92,5% power savings! At 20 cents per KWh and 3 hours Burn time on the day this lamp pays off within 9 months!
Cons: - Greater than the halogen lights, stands quite strong out of my socket. Accurately measure before buying.
