Table helps!

I have long hesitated before I have this tire then ordered but, because of some negative reviews. Eg. That he too wehtue that he was too heavy or too large that it would not be stable ... That's why I exactly I read through this table, which can be found in any description of each hoop.
People, it says how intense the pressure of the tire is how heavy is the Hoop and which tire for their own weight would be most appropriate.

Since I was initially intimidated, I would have almost brought the Slim Hoop for under a kilo, which would definitely have me wanting. But who is a beginner, it should be also take it slow and get no 1.2kg or so even even heavier chunks.

The fact that I have stuck to the table, and the bruises are minimal to non-existent left. I was able to make one hour workout, which made me very great fun and I never felt like sports. Nevertheless, one comes after calming time real sweat and if you make a break in the middle of the hoop and making time 10 minutes belly, legs and bottom workout, then I can also imagine that you can also pick up properly. The hoop is a good introduction to a really effective and fun sports stage. You can also conveniently watch TV or watch videos.

However, if you are a complete beginner and / or has already as a child never managed entirely to keep the tires above, it should first try with a child tires, because it is better when the hoop is not so often falls on the legs (which can namely genuinely hurt after a while). Thereby the neighbors are not annoyed when you know how to keep the tire.

So far I can not find anything negative about my hoop, apparently I've found the right person for me. I would give people with bad experiences just guessing, is not equal to lose heart, but perhaps first try a lighter tire. Can return to it so still.
