This table knives are sharp and remain so. I own several of these knives for years and am still amazed at how well this knife is. Now I have indulged myself with conviction further 6 for everyday use. The table knife is good for me in his hand and cut with him a pleasure. Fresh bread rolls are clean cut, without clumping the soft interior. Tomatoes are cut cleanly. Soft and hard cheese has no chance. Hard Stracke is cut and not filed. Even the bloody steak shows the knife can be. I need, since I have this knife, not a double bread roll or steak knife more.
Negatives:
The visual design is not for the festive table. It's as if you introduce a hybrid to a race shop. Hard butter can be, pass not optimal due to the blade flexibility.
From me get this knife a perfect score. I give it gladly, if a practical gift is sought and the recipient have later all thanked me. The enthusiasm about this knife I share now with some. This knife is actually available for a slightly higher price in something more beautiful packaging. Behold, I personally tend to prefer an eco-friendly packaging, and do not need great packaging for myself, I have resorted to this article.
