At the time of the purchase of Alpha me the problem "phase focus" and "Phase Focus + Tamron" was unaware. The Tamron has always had not all photos by name in the telephoto range even if it beeps - not focused. That's what I'm used to and noted this weakness.
When Nex there is only the autofocus methods S, C, and if you still want to DMF.
Now the Alpha to the coming nor the method A, ie a mixture or what from contrast and phase focus. Substituting not appropriate (or not yet upgedatete Sony lenses under the Method A to which A is gray in the camera's display and is unavailable. The method is when Tamron also (at all!) Can not be selected, the A remains black. Ignorant I left it at A and the first recordings with Alpha + Tamron were terrible. Whether it really was because of the choice "A", I know now no longer as accurate. The Tamron at the Nex failed namely contact failure sake (the Nex was offended?) and I sent the Kombi for Tamron The service was here once warmly thanked and praised. After three days I had everything back intact with a replacement lens.
For the period of absence of my Tamron I had borrowed from a friend whose Tamron 18-200 and was pleased with these results in autofocus choice "S" VERY.
Subjects and setting identical shots with the return obtained Tamron and two bodysuits were initially more bad marks for the Alpha. I then tried all focus methods. Increasingly, the shots were better, at C even rattenscharf, even with a tracking train tracking.
There has occurred a retro effect: In times actually unbeatable autofocus methods and manual focus makes sense again. When DMF as focus method the autofocus yes initially used, the one then it can run over manually.
Here was once pushed that I fell for a while to be able to judge the sharpness of photos fast times at maximum magnification on the camera screen. When Nex does it, but not in the alpha. The display has simply to poor. This is a huge drawback for my needs, especially as the Tamron has said autofocus weaknesses and immediate control this is very helpful. This must be treated at the Alpha with caution.
Again and again, comparison shots. Again and again doubt / confusion and excitement.
The Tamron Service has stated that is not currently expected to update on the use of the phase autofocus. Whether this occurs has not been able to be.
However, I note that the 18-200 with the Alpha responds faster than with Nex 7. But with blurred (so to speak non-) hits you have to continue to cope well. For important motives it is better to cause a few more times.
My conclusion regarding the use of Tamron to Nex7 and Alpha 6000:
If the images are sharp, more details are perceiving at the Alpha.
If you 18-200 something crunch even if the results of the combined Alpha 6000 and Tamron, you have a little patience, you try everything possible. It will!
Another tip: I take pictures already tens of years and I have so far never bought a book to the camera. But the Sony Alpha 6000 book by Frank Späth has really brought on.
And one more tip:
If you do not know what Sony Alpha lenses can be compatibilized 6000 / need and if so how:

Finally, a question:
In many motives I have tested the different autofocus methods. In my relevant programs, ie CC 2014 Bridge, ACDSee 14, DxO, and Exif Viewer 2, the method chosen could not understand. Does anyone know a program with which this is possible?
