I have decided after a long search for this keyboard because I wanted to ask me any old IBM Model M with yellowed keys in my home office
and the well-preserved me were too expensive. So I have (by clicking course) decided after reading the various reviews for the purchase of this keyboard.
First, the positives.
Typing is really very pleasant and makes immediately a lot more fun than any other keyboard I had been under the fingers (and they were quite a few).
Even if the design is rather old-fashioned, I still think it's appeal because of its simplicity and the black well.
I can in any case give up frills such as flat design, lighting and div. Multimedia keys.
Now for the negatives.
The processing is not necessarily bad, but the quality of housing is simply not available.
Here I'm used to much better by Cherry. The plastic looks cheap and the buttons make prints as if they do not last forever seems.
Apart from the technology on the inside, was saved here definitely the material.
The torsional rigidity leaves to be desired arg left, which was not an issue with earlier models.
All in all, affects the not negatively affect the write performance, but for the price I had still expected a little more.
So my conclusion
To write great, but if you're hoping a keyboard with proven good quality Cherry (Made in Germany) to get, unfortunately disappointed.
In any case I'll then probably look for an affordable well-preserved IBM or "old" Cherry G80.
