I use my blue tape of Nasara mainly on the back. There keeps depending on taping between 4-8 days. Despite several training sessions (handball, running, soccer) per week and the shower related, but the tape is liable longer than I thought. And I have not made any pre-treatment such as degreasing or even shaving the skin. What I would have still desired, a few pre-cut Einreisslinien would so I can detach from the edge of the carrier material by the middle of the strip and not only. Since the effect is well known is controversial, I would like to give any statement. However, a feeling of warmth is the correct taping at least partially appreciably.
