I had previously Vitamin D3 from a different provider, which were small tablets, first doses much higher and just for internal use. These capsules taste of something ghastly to artificial and plastic-like, we have put them back on the side because the taste at that last forever even if you drink a lot and what eats it. Absolutely not advise
