Tastes like sawdust, little effect

I use a long time Vihado products, mostly however in pill form, because I think that's more practical and faster.

To this end, I ordered as a supplement to Vital Body Shake because I, as already mentioned, with other products Vihado was hitherto always satisfied.

The taste can not convince me at all, I think it tastes like sawdust powder. Man (I) can drink it, it is not disgusting, but really not tasty. Quick Off they go and rinse with water to get rid of the taste again is my motto.

With the best will, I can not imagine replacing 2 meals through this stuff to me, to it makes (me) not tired enough. That's not my kind of diet and never will be. So I have a maximum replaces dinner and accordingly scaled down my expectations. I've had the experience, if I do not eat in the evening, I take off too. Unfortunately, I have the evening but most still hungry and that's where I should help the shake.
