... Me even for a few hours - as I wrote in my review to Red Berry yogurt and chocolate-cherry. I have this protein Sake also ordered blueberry cassis and vanilla cream with the flavor and cd now on. And must say that I am quite satisfied. The drink - which is semi skimmed milk prepared by me with half water / - can be in a simple hand shaker and mix well, thanks to the relative lump-free drink quickly and beautifully. A feeling of fullness is with me about half an hour later and lasts for about 3/4 hours. As for the weight loss - I drink these shakes to dampen especially my appetite for sweets a little. This works very well. Now I have, however, also plan more sports, because without the happening with me unfortunately without much :( do not go hungry. That's why I can the last star that should be with me for a result even in the wretched excess fat here, not yet awarded . Yes - Something's happening on the scale, but yet **** = the result is not so severe that I could now rejoice already loud why 4 stars from me.. One thing is for sure - when compared to other protein drinks cut them from Layenberger with me so far clearly came out on top! They taste good, they saturate good and the price is also really good! Other convenient features include the useful measuring spoons - which are in fact even with much more expensive brands are not always there. And when weighing or measuring with a tablespoon I stop before a small Ferkelei :-). Must now try vanilla cream and will gradually all tasted also report ...
