The taste is great anyway, I could drink all day.
I currently mix:
180ml cold tap water
20ml low-fat milk
6g walnut oil
44g Almased
The right oil seems to be crucial for the taste definitely. This mixture tastes anyway unglaubich well.
Although I have nothing except the last two days and a lot of tea Almased else have taken to me, I feel no hunger (as good cook appetite naturally so, but that was to be expected).
As "favorable" I rate it, because a full Almased meal costs about 1.60 euros. When I cook myself, it definitely costs more and is time of course, a greater effort.
EDIT 22 February .:
Use Almased now since about a week 3 times a day, except for two days when I have taken other foods with high calorie number to me. So far, the balance displays a deficit of 4.5 kilos. I personally find very amazing and is more than I expected. Let's see how things develop in the long term.
EDIT March 29:
Am now at a loss of 6.5 kilograms at very irregular increase of Almased and much drinking / eating on the weekends. As the trend continues to show down, I'm quite happy with the product and will continue to replace some meals with it.

One year later, and a small devaluation of a star. The reason: Almased is not really a product that you will be happy in the long run. To me at least it was more and more often so that I had no desire to drink and would rather eat something else. This has less to do with hunger, as much to eat with appetite and the desire something real. Anyone who wants to easily and effectively lose weight, I want to recommend at this point intermittent fasting. Here's a great book on the subject:
