Technisat sold more wrong goods on Amazon

Technisat TechniStar S1 + hardware, in one case and a relabelled S1 S1 + remote control.

During short test this device turns out:
- No software update possible (of 2.46.0.2 to 2.46.0.5 - to draw I have 4 hours trying to update to the receiver, which never worked)
- Longer switchover time
- A long time to select something from the menu
- Remote control responds partially (eg turning ...)

A umgelabelten S1 can be identified by 3 things:

1. silver remote control (the black device)
(Look closely, they mostly stick exactly one above the other) 2. of glued label on the caseback
3. menu at Service ... also is S1 +

Although Amazon is the first step nothing that Technisat here want abschleusen the unpopular product Model S1 + by re-labeling, but because for months this error occurs (see reviews) and Amazon the problem thus exactly knows or needs to know, the responsibility lies with Amazon.

Update: The replacement was another S1 +. This I have sent back. Why Amazon / Technisat provides the S1 + is not just honest open at ...?
