The lamp looks nice and is easy to adjust in length (if you do it before!). But I'll give you two star deduction for this totally unnecessary complicated ceiling mounting. The bracket that holds the lamp does not fit well to the lamp and you have to keep the lamp simultaneously juggle the screw fit between the strap and the outer ring of the ceiling mount and then somehow tighten everything. What was unfortunately not possible with two arms. So either improved since the manufacturer or you will take time to definitely an assembly-buddy at your side who can help you at least a little.
