Compared to part 1 and 2 of the movie silliness is almost unbearable. Chan goes, but Tucker is permanently on Hyper Clown. The bad German voice makes it not just bearable. These totally unnecessary and protracted scenes where I was forced partly to jump forward. Too bad, because it in itself is a good team is yes.
