Thank God - I'm finally rid him!

My first impression after the purchase was:

Our last dryers Bauknecht has unfortunately given up the ghost after only 3 years and 2 months (heating element faulty repairs. More than 300 EUR!). The Beko dryer costs less than repair, so we opted for this new acquisition.
The dryer does what it should: dry. And this quickly, relatively quiet, simple and no frills. We have deliberately avoided features such as LCD display and illuminated drum, since these are relatively unimportant for us. Laundries, door to, program start, run, rausholen dry laundry, ready.
Cleaning the lint filter is easy. The condensed water is collected in a shallow canister, which is mounted near the ground. It can be easily removed, empty and replace. The Wärmetaustauscher is also easy to install and remove and clean.
So far everything perfectly. We now hope that the life of Beko-dryer is much longer than that of Bauknecht device.

Update:

After only 14 months of the dryer has a defect (message "Empty water tank" appears, although it is empty and the dryer stops the operation). Apparently, the customer service department of only one employee, because the agreed repair date was pushed back because "the technician is sick". I am now so first 14 days that the installer appears.

Using the phone number of customer service I have found that the service about the company Profectis done. I fear that the agreed deadlines Veschiebung here has method, as you can read in many customer opinions on the web.

The installer of Profectis Customer Service was very nice and helpful. Cause the program stops should be lint that accumulate in an area at the back of the dryer and there hinder a Styrofoam float. The lint filter should therefore be cleaned frequently and the dryer must be absolutely horizontal.
Now: Our dryer is absolutely level and the lint filter is very often cleaned. Yet there comes a few weeks after the repair is to program stops. Apparently there is a design flaw that (even with the utmost care) causes the accumulation of lint in the wrong place.

Shortly before the expiry of the warranty period, the dryer has robbed me of the last nerve. I have an entire weekend spent wash 4 Machine wash and dry. Again and again stops the dryer with the well-known error "water tank empty" even though it is empty. So down to the laundry room, dryer door and to start up again. See after 10 minutes: Mist, the dryer has stopped again. So again from the beginning. After 10 minutes, at the basement stairs listening: no the dryer stops running. And while the washing machine produces mountains of wet laundry ...

I can pick up the device from Amazon and try my luck now with an AEG-dryer which, incidentally, was only around 90 EUR more expensive
