Thank Udo!

The price is high, perhaps too high and the taste is not exactly great but my body has responded so positively to the oil that I have been around for 8 months use: On the one hand has (also) my complexion clear improvement and I am now less prone to pimples and also slightly less for sunburn. But that to me is just a "side effect". After a treatment with black seed oil - expensive but disappointing - I initially did not really hoping to improve my allsommerlichen reaction to pollen, but this year the hay was the first time in 12 years bearable (I'm 24) and has me barely restricted. I had to take no further drugs besides loratadine, have my inhaler rarely used and this year even the annual cortisone injection (Volon) omitted - the first time in 7 years !! I did not regret it - despite the fact that this year for pollen allergy sufferers has been a particularly bad year, as I have learned through research. I want this oil not praise her in the sky, each body reacts can vary it and of course, an allergy suddenly disappear, but that this happened to coincide with the ingestion of 2 tablespoons Udo`s Choice (1 tablespoon of omega-3-Plus and 1 EL done Omega 3 DHA) per day, I think it highly unlikely. Since I have my diet is not changed to the intake of the oil, some effect or at least partial effect is demonstrated for me.

Of course I can, the fats contained in the oil, the healthy suspended etc. via other oils out but how can I find out how much of what oil has done in Udo's Choice my health improvement ?? I can not nunmal. And maybe it's just one of a really good combination of various fatty acids, which contains this oil ?! I do not know, but as long as it therefore still doing so well myself, I stick to it!

Conclusion: If you have skin or allergy problems, it's worth a try. Who is fit as a fiddle, or who does not suffer from lack of fatty acids is perhaps experienced no improvement but I helped it.

PS: I have the oils Omega-3 Plus (500ml) and omega-3 DHA (250ml) combined and taken EACH 1 tablespoon per day. I am aware that both oils together over 50 costs and then "only" about 2 months but rich for I save you.
