After 4 volumes extremely disappointing, can XIII back to the top? The answer is clear and sharp. It is not! The scenario of Van Hamme is not good, it does nothing. We learn a little more about the past of the characters, and it's fun, but it's more of a collector's issue than anything else ... Fortunately, the design of Jean Giraud is simply splendid. It surely will confuse more than one, because if the designer sign Giraud, he could almost have signed Moebius (his second artist name). The characters are precisely drawn, never has there been so much movement in XIII (while Van Hamme had a tendency to do photography), the depth of the drawings is incredible. In short, fans of Giraud-Moebius must get this book, others will spend their paths.
