Instructions:
Typical, Alea '- usually well understood, with examples and pictures.
Although the people and areas are well explained by symbols, you have to in the first games but every now and then look in the rule to find out its exact meaning, because the individual is then Personenbeiblatt handy.
A short Zugübersicht would still make sense, so that one has the individual phases at a glance in order not to forget anything (eg we forgot in the first few games often the disease, or the Notre Dame-rating).
Gameplay:
Tactically, although a large proportion of happiness is available through the cards. But by the very original card mechanism and the many ways is enough room for maneuvering.
Short play:
The number of players on the field is built and per round 3 character cards are revealed.
Each player has the same card deck (move coach, money, get victory points, etc.), each 9 cards which allow several actions in the territories. Of the 9 cards take the top 3, of which one but 2 of the neighbors are on. From the resulting 2 is then added a further 1, so each player has 3 cards to play, of which only 2 are used but, the last is discarded unused.
Of the 3 ausliegenden people, you may still captivate what one other benefits (money, victory points, rats ward etc.) brings.
The rats are counted on the card at the end ausliegenden people remember what then can eventually lead to loss of victory points and game pieces, as long as the number in the designated play area exceeds 9 rats.
After every 3rd round the Notre Dame is still counted and after a total of 9 rounds, the player has won the most victory points.
Number of players and play time:
2. For working very well in about 1 hour. With several players I have not played it yet.
Conclusion:
Currently my absolute Nr. 1, very high replayability appeal because it is easy and loose to play, but this has enough complexity.
One of the first places, if not the first at the German Games price should Notre Dame be sure.
