The unit arrived within 3 days with me. Unfortunately, the inner pot had a material error in the ceramics; the pot was not completely sealed. I sent the unit back. Just one day after sending my money was posted back to my account. That's what I call service!

I can not say anything because unused I sent it back to the device itself. It made a good impression, seemed valent processed than its competitors from Morphy Richards and it looks very chic. Prima was that a German manual was placed. I'm going to order me the device again.
