I can really recommend this product. Take it for almost a year and have since been no complaints. My life has improved so much by it. I would recommend you only once to buy the 30stk to see how it strikes at you. What helps me, yes does not help them. If it works, try the 3-od. 4-month therapy. Maybe that's enough already for a "gut renovation". Would advise you to take the capsules once in the morning after getting up.
