The 3D LED TV Master

Have purchased the LG 42LM660S after many considerations. Since I am very demanding with image quality and features, but eighth on the price, I am absolutely delighted with the LG 3D LED TV. The device can somehow everything you brought and much more.

Construction and installation run slightly out of hand. I use the DVB-S tuner, a LG Blu-ray player via HDMI, a XBOX360 HDMI. The sound is relayed via the optical output to a surround receiver, the internal sound of LG I can say nothing.

I won, the transmitter can be easily sort, even in the setting menu to list by name A to Z and there are own seat numbers assignable. Could not be better! The device can be integrated into the home network via Wi-Fi to download eg Firmware updates or even to go to the www, own apps allow.

Connectors are plentiful. The advantage of 660S: It's a hard drive via USB HDD Recording and Time-Shift connected.

3D is implemented via polarization glasses, four glasses and a slip-on solution for eyeglass wearers are included, great! There is also dual-game 3D. Here actually horizontally or vertically split screen of a console game for 2 players will be superimposed and aufgschlüsselt with special dual-Game glasses so that each player sees only his image, but as a full screen - no need to see the picture of another player more! There is a second remote control that is similar to a Wii Conrolers works. By moving the mouse pointer on the FB a TV can be moved in order to facilitate the operation of the menu here and there. This requires some practice safely. In addition, the second FB has only the essential buttons and a sort of scroll wheel on board to zap very relaxed etc.

For TV picture via satellite: The HD channels look very good and sharp even at 720-material. Even good SD material can easily be mistaken in some cases by 720-Material - Top! Only lousy starting material of some private broadcasters looks in SD of mediocre, which can no longer even the LG rescue. Otherwise, the LG is here at its best. Here I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

The switching times of the DVS-S tuner are acceptable, approximately 1 second elapses. I think it's ok.

Well, I'm apparently encountered the right one for me TV after a long search. The LG 660S can much and that too well. The picture quality is really good and adaptable in many Punten. Overall, you get a lot of TV for the money.

UPDATE 04/2014: If you go a bit deeper into the web Funkationalitäten, one soon realizes that the computer on the TV is too low on the chest. Above all, the YouTube app is painfully slow, and thus is not the film ad itself meant. The currently usable apps for the LG seem to have been written already for more follow-up models. But if you "only" want to see TV and sees the online sector as an occasional gimmick, it still fits.
