Then I'm on this LED - pushed lamp (Osram LED Superstar PAR16 50 advanced [7 or 7.5W !!!] (replaces 50W))
I first ordered a precaution 4 pieces me. In the lamp screwed - Perfect! really great light - short pause for thought and even the LED was on. And slightly yellowish! The Osram LED corresponding to the uploaded image from the customer!
So now a 3-weeks ago. I decided the remaining 50 watt halogen also to swap! But now Attention!
Behold - under the same EAN article number 4008321882714 is now a completely different LED!
She has no cooling fins less Watt 5.3 7.5; less lumens 350 385; is now A + A
So far so good: Now I have the lamps compared and me are the following notice:
Country of Origin: China beforehand; now Ukraine
The "new" LED filmed with a camera flickers now. For the human eye so imperceptible! (Fps less than the "old" - maybe that's why also similar to bright light with fewer watts ?!)
In the "old" nothing flickers!
The light of the "new" LED is whitish than the "old" in direct comparison. But still okay!
The "old" LED with the cooling fins is hotter than the smooth "new" without. But you can change both run shortly after the problems.
Edit: After 2 hours of running time: "old" LED is very hot !! The "new" 5.3 watts can be changed easily.
Hell, they're both easy and also replace a 50 Watt Halogen GU10.
Of course I called and inquired at Osram. It says that these are the successors LED. (New Model)
I would recommend the LED after all for sale!
But pulling off 1 star because me personally the "old" LED has liked better!
Dimmable they are also both still. Beam angle is the same. The "old" with the cooling fins to the back was a little open, and thus a halogen has generated more similar light.
PS: In the product description are still the old data in it;)
