Since 2007 we have a Jura S7 and use for cleaning and decalcification only original Jura products. Since 2007, the machine runs without an error - much to our delight. Thus, I conclude on the very good Kalklöseeigenschaften this descaling. Although pricey - but worth it in my opinion their money.
