This is not only priced the top model from Panasonic. Compared to the previous models, it is significantly higher, but failed only marginally harder. The size has for men hands advantages: it is noticeably better in the same. It also provides space for some function keys, the direct access to important settings (eg ISO, focus mode, exposure) permit. Thus tiresome maneuvering omitted from the menu, which the camera is interesting for professionals. Decisive is the improved image quality: The GH3 roars significantly less and is 1600 and fully ISO 3200 also well suited for use in ISO. Annoying color noise is - unlike the previous models, the max. to ISO 800 were usable - not at all recognizable. The superior video capabilities are rather unimportant for me, why I do not get into that. The operation is impeccable, especially the touch screen is very useful. Very useful are also the short help texts that are displayed in the menu for the features. A very interesting feature is the optional electronic shutter which allows silent and shake-triggering. A funny gimmick is the ability to control the camera via wireless using a smartphone. You can set up the camera via stand somewhere and looks after starting the app the viewfinder screen, with the set and the camera (also silently) can be triggered. The included 14-140mm zoom covers most everyday situations, but is not particularly bright. But the MFT Standard now offers numerous special lenses for all kinds of shooting situations.
