This new double CD is the best collection on a double CD for the 30th Anniversary Edition 1992! It is great that on CD 1 all songs (as well as on recent collections) are presented in the order of their creation (up to and including D. Craig 2 film). But plus point is CD 2 !!! For the first time since 1992 (!!!) you get back a sung version of "Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang". This time you get Shirley Bassey song version of 'Mr Kiss Kiss Bang Bang ". This song was the alternative song for Thunderball. Still, I was not included on the brimful and otherwise complete soundtrack CD from 2003 to Thunderball. In 1992 there were on the 30th Anniversary Edition on both the former single-CD as well as on the former double CD version of a very strong song Dionne Warwick. Too bad that you have not packed this version to the current double CD. But Shirley Bassey's version is to obtain class and otherwise difficult. 2 CD also features two strong songs of Pretenders to "The Living Daylights" and KD Lang's great song "Surrender", which would be "the Tomorrow never" was the theme song for better! Even more songs that you can get only by purchasing the individual soundtracks otherwise, are offered on CD 2. As 20 years ago, offers CD 2 a few score tracks, where you could score much better highlights offer! Worse than 1992 BOOKLET. In 1992 there were about every song and film a text by, inter alia, found out how the song then arrived (eg chart placement for publication time). In the new set, there is no text on the tracks. Pity! so I prefer from a star! Apart from that I can this double-CD due to the presence of the most good songs, in addition to which there is, at the beginning of the films can be heard (CD 1), highly recommend. If now even ADELE would there!

Tips for single CDs Bond series: One of the best single CD albums of the Bond series, due to its nice to be heard scores is mE "You Only Live Twice" (John Barry, particularly because of the finely incorporated in the Score Asian elements in the really beautiful quiet tracks)! From more recent times would "Casino Royale" by David Arnold highlight (especially because of several fine, soulful score - Tracks how to Barry's best times). The CD "Tomorrow Never Dies", also of Arnold, I would like to call for the bomastischen, purely orchestral action track "White Knight" and for the track "Company Car", which varies the Bond theme crazy in classic 60s-style, , Of course, other individual albums of the Bond series offer appreciable Score highlights. Many of them however, can be found on the 4-CD set above, very lucrative of competent, and for their often very good new recordings of older film music (eg "The Alamo" by D. Tiomkin, "Conan" by B. Poledouris) known, Prague Philharmonic.
