Powerful and silent, this graphics card delivers.
It will run all your games without any problems. Skyrim, for example, remains fast and smooth with all the bottom features and improved visual mods (ENB, hd textures, etc).
Note that I also use a porcesseur Intel I7 2.8 Ghz and Windows 7 64-bit with 8GB of ram.

About delivery, as always, very quick and neat. Amazon, what!
