The best QOTSA album ever

Them Crooked Vultures (Audio CD)

Customer Review

I have the album already since the appearance. Inserted Habs and heard in passing. Was quite ok.
Since then I have this disc in MP3 player and can really listen through my job ticket also, I'm not away from it. The influence of Josh Homme's hard to hear (hence my reviewer's title), Nevertheless, Them Crooked Vultures raises musically again significantly from the Queens of the Stone Age on.
The songs are not as catchy and somewhat oblique, but the passage of time are also getting better. Sure there are albums of QOTSA (Era Vulgaris or Lullabies To Paralyze), which is similar, but there is a clear upward momentum.
I can only hope that the men will be comfortable at some point to another album again and give me the chance to be able to experience the whole thing live (which I've stupidly missed the first time around).
Musically meet here three very large, have created something very big.

The disc is definitely in my top 10 of the best rock albums.
