A big comprehensive book that goes around all pasta that were created in Italy, even rarer that we do not know here, as well as recipes that are tailored to each form of pasta; I do not think we can do more complete or more faithful to the Italian tradition. Each different paste, a small historically tells the origin of its creation. In short, if you want to do exactly like an Italian pasta would make them immerse in it.
