I put only 3 stars because all the recipes I've made are not all successful. I think it lacks a little something in some recipes. The ingredients are not always easy to come by in the provinces.
We conducted a recipe 2 people at the same time, 200 km from each autre.Celle My friend was totally wasted (it was the dessert for my love) and mine was just edible.

A little disappointed given this great pastry chef. We know of course that it can not give us his "real recipe."
