Although I had no opportunity to test a different shell for the iPad. But I can say in this envelope, that it is absolutely satisfactory. It fulfills exactly the purpose for which it is intended. And that at the great price.

Plus:
- Processing
- Fit
- Easy to apply and remove
- Provides very good grip
- IPad-frame fully protected
- Controls / slots very good operating / reachable

Minus:
- Actually still none discovered (if at all possibly with the "older")

Conclusion: Highly Recommended!
