Cheapest sand filled plastic discs. Nowhere was that it, on the contrary: dumbbells with plastic casing usually have a metal core.
A impudence is this! if I want to have sand weights, then I scoop my sand in a plastic bottle / canister OAE.
The Amazon is something questionable support. Worst crap belongs prohibited. Minus 5 stars !!! Do not buy more scrap will not do.
