The dosage of the ingredients makes it!

I had bought these capsules once already at the drugstore (for just under 10 euros) and then I switched to favorable. What I had not considered was the amount (mg) to compare the ingredients on the packaging. The vitamin B complex of ratiopharm contains per capsule:

Vitamin B1 15 mg, Vitamin B2 15 mg, 10 mg of vitamin B6, vitamin B12 10 micrograms, 150 micrograms of biotin, folic acid 405 micrograms, Niacin 15 mg.

The less expensive packages typically have a much lower content of the ingredients.
So it's worth paying attention to these details when comparing prices, because the higher the better the effect mg. Since I take the daily preparation of ratiopharm again I feel much better than before. I take the capsules mainly to strengthen my nerves.
