The egg in all its states

Be careful, omelettes obtained in the small dish does not look like omelettes made in a skillet. This is akin rather to the Spanish tortillas (in dimension and thickness) and it gives also interested in adding ingredients to enrich the whole: grated cheese, boiled potatoes cubes, spices, herbs ... very nice result.

For poached eggs with accessory compartments, eggs are obtained (max 4) to the boiled egg consistency. This is very convenient, especially for breakfast where we are always in a hurry: easier and faster to break the eggs in the cells than cooking the whole egg and burning in the écalant. To taste the same result with a soft yellow.

The advantages of this type of device are numerous:
- Family, when tastes differ, we can finally cook an egg without monopolizing a plate of the stove which remains free for other things. By calculating the cooking time well, you can taste this dish together with other eat their steak!

I personally do not pierce the eggs as recommended in the user manual.
The glass divider gives indicative measures that suit me, but plan to adjust according to their tastes.
