The baking book from Jemma Wilson aka Cupcake Jemma is just great! I love their YouTube channel and have tried some of the recipes. The recipes are arranged according to seasons. At the beginning you will find, however, only a few basics that you need for more recipes in the book. I think it's good that you can easily get the ingredients in Germany, although they are recipes from the United Kingdom. A little warning for baking beginners: Recipes from Great Britain and the United States are often very sweet, because it there a slightly different taste than ours. Therefore prefer to try something in between and possibly reduce the amount of sugar. ;-) The book is currently only available in English though, but it's not hard to understand. Everything is explained simply and clearly, and the photos are also very beautiful.
From me there are 5 star for a wonderful baking book. I hope it will not stay in this one. :)
