The first imprssions are good!

This is our first bread machine and after 2 weeks of use we are satisfied, even if we have not yet had the opportunity to test all the recipes. The "basic bread" is good and mellow few days rest wrapped in a cotton fabric, by cons we were disappointed by the "baguettines', we found them quite dry cramées even though we had scheduled an average cooking (but we are not experts in shaping ... we ressayerons, anyway we had not bought this machine specifically for this function, even if it's a shame not to use it). The machine comes with a small recipe book and the user guide containing basic explanations for the use but also the cooking time by program and the quantities by weight and program (hint: since the book is not very convenient because thick enough tables and in several languages ​​can be printed only in French version on the site Moulinex ...)
