The Sony MDR-ZX100 is excellent, it's true. I totally agree with the comments above and below especially that of "La Sylphide" but I object only on the two words that Title "very robust" I want to still prevent buyers, for its robustness that is not as good as advertised. The sound is great of course, but very regular use it only lasts three months or two weeks at the worst ... In fact it is the third ZX100W. I buy, who performed many commands without ever having to worry. I began thinking about inefficiency of customer service, I would even deleterious. I wish to inform you that customer service is bounded and refuses any negotiations, even amicably! Another answer to the problem proposed by the Amazonian department: send the headset from Sony, which would take 6 times longer for the customer, and they know it.
