The Scotch mending tape can be handled well. After the leak is cleaned and dried, the tape is properly stretched and wound overlapping around the leak. The band then connects and seals perfectly. A garden hose, a plastic water pipe and cable installation for an electrical outlet outside I could with this repair tape reliably sealed. To 2.5 bar the water pipe is far too tight. The repaired area on the garden hose is also dry and holds especially the loops stood by the garden. So far I am very satisfied with the repair results and would recommend this tape
