The best book on investment, I know. Graham describes the fundamental laws of the market and the development of there traded companies simply brilliant. He explained his theories with case studies and developed from its basic ideas strategies for specific market situations. Half of the book take a Comments by Jason Zweig, which compares Graham's description of the events of the 90s. The internet hype was not the first hype and will not truly be the last hype. The stock market is always the same. Well I also liked the Annex with an essay Warren Buffett's about the very successful student Graham's. Each reader, no matter how experienced stock market much or how little will benefit from this book. But a deeper understanding it needs a significant degree of market experience. This is less an intellectual problem, but an emotional one. It is difficult to understand for many people and especially for the logically thinking that the stock market often resembles a madhouse. And that most actors do not represent it guards but misleading. That people who deal with huge sums every sense of responsibility is lacking. That this concerns not only stockbrokers, but also business owners and managers. Probably this is the reason why there are so few good books on investment. As the author of this requires not only the appropriate talent, but also great honesty and a good dose of courage. Actually the successful investor earned by the stupidity and the lies and deceit of "professionals".
