The presentation of concepts of electricity and electronics follows a progression perfect, neither too simple nor too complex, and the author writes in order to interest the reader on every page with personal anecdotes, advice, and also mini -Articles historical or technical on the origin and function of different components, and experiences are very playful and beautifully illustrated with diagrams and extremely clear and well-made drawings.
Really, to buy eyes closed, it is a joy to read and the experiences are all very well done.
A huge "plus" to mention: materials to purchase for each experiment is carefully indexed end of the book, with the exact list of components and tools to buy, each with several recommended references and suppliers, it's really helpful !!! For my part, I bought most of the components and materials in GOTRONIC.fr because it is very competitive (much cheaper than Conrad.fr) and they have a wide selection (and as a bonus they send a catalog paper).
