When content, the keyboard is built into a KunstlederhÃ'lle that separate SchutzhÃ'lle fÃ'r the iPad, as well as a short micro USB charging cable. A short manual is also included.
The first look at the product fÃ'llt positive. The materials used are of high quality and well made. Only one odor, which probably comes from the glue, fÃ'llt on something negative. This smell fades but to GlÃ'ck quickly.
The keyboard is built into a KunstlederhÃ'lle. The artificial leather is meticulously crafted and makes an absolutely high-quality impression. The company logo (Leicke) is stamped into the faux leather.
The separate SchutzhÃ'lle fÃ'r the iPad Air 2 is by means of magnetic attach to the KunstlederhÃ'lle.
Both components are thus usable separately. This has the big advantage that the Bluetooth keyboard can also be used alone, for example with another Tablet etc.
In conjunction with the KunstlederhÃ'lle, the iPad is simply clicked into the supplied SchutzhÃ'lle per magnet. After that it can be erected and locked Ã'ber the keyboard on another magnet. The hÃ'lt very well in practice.
The keyboard is of a processing perspective, also at a high level. In glossy black held, it looks classy and matches optically the iPad. The keystroke is soft and prÃ'zise. The height of the keystroke is nice flat, Ã'hnlich a notebook keyboard. When typing pleasing arises little LÃ'rm.
The arrangement of the keys is due to the small size natÃ'rlich a little different from normal keyboards. Because you have to get used to something only. The one or the other button I gedrÃ'ckt as wrong in the early days. But I do not see the size definitely in the foreground and therefore absolutely no devaluation!
On the right side, the keyboard is switched on via slide switch.
The Bluetooth connection must be bestÃ'tigt the first time on iPad, or a code to be entered on the keyboard. The coupling is then carried out very quickly and above all stable! After the initial pairing, the keyboard has to be even more turned on and the pairing is automatic.
With this Bluetooth set of Leicke the iPad is the small MacBook. It's amazing how quickly and relaxed now let tap Email. Touchscreen or not, but when I like to touch a keyboard, so a real, not virtual ;-)
For battery consumption of the keyboard, I can not say anything yet. It turns selbststÃ'ndig to standby if it is a period of inactivity.
PS:
This review was written using the Bluetooth keyboard :-)
