The journey continues with a variety of songs, some with piano, electric bagpipes and synth elements.
Absolute recommendation!
Big Country had the difficult task to leave after the death of Stuart Adamson and the years of trying than 3 head band the old days revived, now to try rebooting.
Bruce Watson had in late 2010 with the idea of his son Jamie as a guitarist and Mike Peters at the microphone to celebrate the 30 th anniversary of the album The Crossing with the remaining band members Tony Butler and Mark Brzezicki, the first concert (31/12/2010 in Glasgow) and Dunfermline went terrific (I was there), so a short but sold out tour was made by UK in April 2011.
After the separation of manager Ian Grant and the voluntary departure of bassist Tony Butler musical gaped a large gap that could be closed but "Scottish" by Derek Forbes (ex Simple Minds).
The idea of more matured and the result is finally here, and comes on 12/04. in UK on the market: The Journey!
The band has not yet reached the end, but begins a new part of the trip.
All aboard PLEASE !!!!
