I am extremely disappointed because I buy this model in the ad:
Accessories included: double brush position, brush mat and self-detangling brush

The problem is that I received is not the self-detangling brush so i hope that Amazon will rectify that.

Edit 2:
After calling customer service amazon reimburse me the price of the brush so I can control it so now I am fully satisfied and so I recommend that Dyson vacuum cleaner that works great
