I have visited this year, the "Lion King Musical" in Hamburg and was just thrilled. I knew at once: this CD I have to have! Particularly well done, I find the mix of European and African sounds. The strong-voiced performer put a song with her in another world. However, I like the voices of the two cubs on this CD is not as good (which may be because the child actors change every 6 days and I in Musical 2 had other performers). In the English original, this hearing to better. Also, I find it a pity that on the German CD the title "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" is not included. But all in all, the 5 star really deserved the CD.
