"The media expected a lynching ... blow up the rate they did not report the man the evidence ..." Peter shaple
Aphrodite Jones wrote the blueprint for the Oscar-winning movie "Boys Do not Cry". For the US FOX she reported the abuse trial against Michael Jackson. They also reported on one side, but in this book it says things that she and the other reporters never mentioned. The presiding judge granted her access to court documents. Some photographic evidence and photos are made during the process by the parties included in the book. This process is now being considered by more and more people as a low point in the history of media. And he really was. The media representatives made themselves more concerned about Michael Jackson's appearance as about the process. A process on child abuse was made into a real farce to the audience to entertain with silly gags, which is basically a true contemplative. But to blame only in the press, would be too easy. Who would have seriously thought that an expert in child abuse prosecutors presented who has never spoken with an abused child? The fact that one of the eyewitnesses Michael Jackson sued after his termination for compensation, because these allegedly "staring" him? That the victim's mother during her "captivity" was chauffeured to Michael Jackson's costs multiply by its employees for beauty care? That her own lawyer to have it referred to as "Crazy" before Larry King that "only money is"? Kings testimony was not allowed in the process. Many supporters, both celebrities and others felt the family as "pushy" and restricted to a contact or breaking it off completely. No, all the expected media representatives who did not expect when they declared Michael Jackson guilty before the trial. Mrs Jones has with her book probably only touched the tip of the iceberg. The role of the prosecutor is not illuminated, which is obviously referred to the courts to have no evidence and relies exclusively on dubious witnesses, and it that Michael Jackson is convicted anyway because of his reputation. And they will do anything to ruin that reputation further. The jury are without comment any photos presented that serve all kinds of stereotypes. That was sufficient, in the opinion of the prosecutor's office. Two of the jurors tried to snatch shortly after the process book contracts. Michael Jackson's ex-manager began on the day the indictment to write a book that he gave to the press Represented during the process in which he himself testified. Misuses process as a PR event. The list of those who have behaved absolutely inappropriate is long. Many "sideshow" as the investigation into the airline that Michael Jackson has intercepted are only briefly mentioned. These small bays disturb a little the reading flow and direct the reader short. But probably you can not everything that happened during this process describe in a book. Read I'm impressed by the prefaces of Authorin and the main defender Tom Mesereau that contain a lot of information. As many reviewers emphasize that Mrs Jones has published this book at his own expense, I would like to mention that thanks to the many people who helped her actively in the realization of this book.
EDIT 05/08/2013
In the book the statement of choreographer Wade Robson is treated, the under oath testified 2005 Michael Jackson had not abused him. In May 2013, during the process of the Jackson family against concert promoter AEG, Wade Robson brought a case of sexual abuse by Michael Jackson.
