the mill is ok, but nothing more

I have previously used a Fidibus medium with which I was completely satisfied. The spill 21 is undersized but in every respect if you also want to bake bread. Especially when you want to grind not only soft cereal but sometimes hard-shell such as dry legumes (chickpeas, among other things protein carriers ...). (Therefore, it was in my view a bad buy. I would rather spend more and me to make a Fidibus medium again.) I really wanted to give three stars. But due to the current very high prices, I prefer yet from another point.

PS. Breakfast cereals etc. you can (n) by the way, also easily grind with an old hand coffee grinder, for something like an expensive device could possibly need not also (necessarily).
