Formatted in FAT32 it has a real capacity to 60GB. Transfer files from a PC to do is correct (19MB / s read and 5MB / s in sequential write - test with CrystalDiskMark) but the main use of such a model is just a live use on a tablet or Android smartphone, you never reach these speeds to the USB port.
