I have a Flexi-Bar Standard and train at the time almost every day for a few minutes. Even with this short training period I feel effects: Shoulder and upper arm muscles, sometimes the belly, let me feel their existence. My problems with low back pain have decreased. I also have the impression that I am inclined columns automatically to adopt a better posture on the day after a workout.
The training was fun, also came the challenge as to the force exercise with the coordination. Meanwhile, it is only strength training, and I find it tiring. The success, however, is worth the effort.
