Still wonders Tessa what it is comfortable and especially who their parents are. Unfortunately, it seems extremely hard to figure out, especially since her brother Nate has changed sides. But Tessa does not give up and, together with the shadow hunters who added she tries to find out the truth. Unfortunately, however, is Tessa more than just prior to question who she is. The mysterious Shadowhunter and the delicate ties they establish their intense feelings for Will to Jem her prepare many a headache and then there's a betrayal in their ranks and the anxiety for the management of the institution. Because unfortunately, it seems to have the family Lightwood apart on the line and that not of completely unselfish reasons ....
*** My Opinion ***
Already in Part 1 of the Infernal Devices trilogy convinced Cassandra Clare with her story of Shadow Hunter more than a century before the Mortal Instruments (Mortal Instruments) plays and now that it continues to exceed all my idea, but certainly not only in a positive sense.
As in "Clockwork Angel" (dt. "Clockwork Angel") poses a Cassandra Clare in "Clockwork Prince" (dt. "Clockwork Prince") with its authenticity on the previous behavior, slang and much more from the stool. Of course, the Shadowhunter soft here from the crowd, as we have already noticed in the Mortal Instruments. They are nowhere near as we call it pure, as you would expect at this time and it shows not only a scene in the book quite clearly, but your curiosity about sure I not silent, if you want to find out what I have to, I mean already read the book itself. :)
As for the idea itself that brings the author in this part of the light I was very surprised and in a positive and in a negative sense. First of all, the story that deepens around the love Will, where we've still almost know nothing about him. The reader comes closer to him and at the end is not only one of his secrets revealed.
Of all the characters in this book I Will is the dearest, but maybe just because I've always loved the inscrutable characters of Clare. Regarding Jem, as we know, unfortunately, very little, and the role which he assumes is not just that what attracts me to his bond with Will, but that's a matter of taste.
Tessa, yes dear protagonist is me in part 2 does not observe the dearest. Although it's an incredibly strong character, more than many women it would have been at that time, but also fickle and at the end of the book I have despised almost a piece.
One thing, however, has bothered me, although I can not simply evaluate negatively because I so love the story per se, but nevertheless much reminiscent of the story of the Shadow Hunter in Manhatten. While it is clear that a series has quite similar characters, can not be totally different, but some came to me but still very copied, even if the story thus does not lose its tension.
*** Conclusion ***
The second part of the Infernal Devices trilogy holds secrets and cover things on which one would not expect a reader. It's so exciting on and one can only hope that in Part 3 something happens that gives me hope, because for me the end of Part 2 by far was unable to get satisfying; D I'm concerned there's 5 of 5 clouds and a crying eye, since Part 3 only appears in one and a half years - almost unpackbar !!
