The New Mr. West

When you think of Kanye West, which falls one since? Gifted artist, Producer interesting, versatile creative process, a lot of good collaborations and yet many embarrassing actions when you think and about how unintentionally funny it's when he rumpöbelt drunk at him and Taylor Swift at an awards ceremony. The one may like it or not, is all optional. But what you have to admit is the fact that Kanye West is certainly an artist, which one can no longer zuornden genre, but located in a different sphere. His "Watch the Throne" cooperation with Jay-Z is an absolute must-have for fans. His Graduation series is not for my ears, yet the lyrical forth an absolute number for itself. And his sense of its search for new GOOD Music Artists is not at all bad. His excursions into the pop realm do not Kanye ridiculous sondenr show how versatile his character. Now, in 2008, this artist suddenly decided on a daring experiment: "808s & Heartbreak". A concept album, which was split even before the release tastes and polarized than any album. Thus, it was clear that this would also anch Release quite happen. And this was also the case. Many laughed Kanye for his experiment, and many admired it. And it turned out: Kanye doing his thing. The plate was a success. Critics were proved wrong. Kanye laughs. All happy. Good thing. Wonderful album.

I must admit that my snippet has certainly not fallen and I wanted to buy it just because of "Love Lockdown". The first time when I heard through the album, I did not know what to make of it. I have "Love Lockdown" cut me on my MP3 player and ignores the CD for a long time. Until I "Watch the Throne" have me again led to heart, it was completely flashed and therefore this album gave luckily a chance. Because this time I suddenly had goosebumps at each track. One seldom hears a concept album that works so wonderfully and perfectly catchy. It mostly consists namely by lovesickness, but nevertheless you can perform in any situation this album to heart. Kanye uses his voice in an almost perfect way of which one is almost hypnotized. The vocal work in such a way so that you will sing most like - and note that it's harder than it sounds, and you would rather never tried again to sing. The fact that the Beats a role to play and the voice still not embezzled, is an absolute rarity and shows what an incredible talent this man yet. Immediately it shows why the 808 a place in the album title has - and that's because it is not only used in each track, but because the 808 simply makes each track inimitable and the album is a feeling that is rare, if not never gets to hear. There is here no track that is not convincing. Each track is a class of its own. And its selected features are chosen more than perfect. A Kid Cudi, with which I can not do much, is represented on the album with a perfect part. Young Jeezy has such a voice matching that of the track and the combination just goes only convincing ear. Even Lil Wayne, with whom I can absolutely do anything, convinced me on the album like never before. Only Mr. Hudson and the track are good, but not as brilliant as other tracks.

Nevertheless, you have to say overall that this is a simple masterpiece of Kanye West. It is already right at the outset stated that this album will divide the masses. The likes of the texts, are to the beats or the Stimmverzerrern. So be it, overall the album is for me the album of 2008.
